Welcome to our spa studio. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies exist to ensure a calm, respectful, and seamless experience for every guest.

  • Appointments & Bookings

    All appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in person.

    We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to allow time to settle in and complete any necessary consultation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the next guest’s appointment.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling

    We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee
    • Missed appointments without notice may be charged in full

    These policies allow us to honor the time of our therapists and other guests.

  • Payments

    Payment is required at the time of booking or upon arrival, depending on the service. We accept major payment methods as listed on our website. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Health & Wellness Disclosure

    Guests are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, or sensitivities prior to their treatment.
    Some services may not be suitable for certain conditions. We reserve the right to adjust or decline a treatment if it is not in the best interest of your health or safety.

  • Gift Cards & Packages

    • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
    • Packages must be used within the validity period stated at purchase
    • Unused sessions are non-transferable unless otherwise noted

  • Studio Etiquette

    To preserve a peaceful environment:
    • Please silence mobile devices while in the studio
    • Voices should be kept low in shared spaces
    • Respect the privacy and comfort of other guests

  • Personal Belongings

    We recommend leaving valuables at home. The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

  • Right to Refuse Service

    We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any guest whose behavior is inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe for staff or other guests.
